Britney Spears apologizes for not being perfect and admits we all make mistakes while dancing in a tiny bikini

BRITNEY Spears has apologised for not being perfect, admitting we all make mistakes while dancing in a tiny bikini.

On Saturday, the Princess of Pop posted the video of the dance, along with her apologies to fans, on Instagram.

The video showed Britney, 42, dancing to Madonna’s I’m Addicted inside her Calabasas, California, home.

The Oops!… I Did It Again singer donned a bright red swimsuit featuring a printed tube top paired with green and white bikini bottoms as she swayed to the music.

Part of Britney’s long blonde hair was pulled back while the rest hung past her chest.

She completed the look with a pair of light brown heels.

Brittney wore her pants dangerously low on her hips as she moved them back and forth while staring seductively at the camera.

The Gimmie More singer showed off her fit physique as she performed coordinated arm gestures and spun in dizzying circles.

She captioned the social media post: “This week it’s time to reminisce!!! And omg I know how to tell her don’t I? I guess it’s all about perspective. This was me almost a year ago in September! I look so much younger and so much smaller!”

“I think I need to[embrace]myself, slow down and recap the past year because I think I had a false sense of confidence after my divorce,” the pop singer added.

Britney continued: “Even though I put out some of my best work with ‘Ray of Light’ and Madonna’s ‘I’m Addicted.’ There were a lot of WTF moments. Trust me, I know we’re all human and we make mistakes.”

“I literally need to go back and adjust and possibly do a couple more therapy sessions!!! I apologize for not being perfect and I will try to regain the confidence and consistency I used to have.”

SINGLE AGAIN

Last week, Britney revealed she was single following her brief relationship with her former housekeeper, Paul Soliz, and vowed to never be with another man again.

Last Sunday night, Britney took to Instagram to share her relationship status with her fans.

The Grammy Award-winning singer shared a photo on her Instagram account The Random Vibez that read: “Her attitude is wild but her heart is gold.”

At the time, her caption read: “Single as f**k!”

“I will never be with another man as long as I live!!!”

Britney has since removed the caption and replaced it with a tribute to the photo’s original collaborator.

Following her statement, Britney posted two cryptic videos of herself flaunting two new dresses.

Both videos were accompanied by the song Ex’s & Oh’s by Elli King.

Her series of posts comes after her alleged split from her former housekeeper, Paul Soliz, who worked at her home in 2022.

The two reportedly began dating after she and her ex-husband, Sam Asghari, split that same year.

Last month, Britney and Paul reportedly had a fight.

Following the alleged altercation, Britney received medical attention for a sprained ankle.

BRITANIAN’S DIVORCE

Britney’s split from Paul comes after the singer has had a series of failed relationships, the longest being her relationship with Sam.

In 2016, Britney began dating Sam after the two met on the set of her Slumber Party music video.

The couple got engaged in 2021 after Britney ended her conservatorship.

Britney Spears’ conservatorship timeline

In September 2021, Britney’s case returned to a Los Angeles court, where Judge Brenda Penny issued a series of shocking rulings, following her father’s decision to end the conservatorship the previous month.

She decided to release Jamie from her daughter’s guardianship, however, that did not mean the end of the guardianship entirely.

Speaking to the court, Judge Brenda Penny said: “Based on what I read in the documents, and I read everything, I believe that the suspension of Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears.”

“The status quo is unattainable. The court finds that the toxic environment Jamie Spears has created must be eliminated today.”

Following the judge’s decision, Jamie was appointed temporary conservator for about a month.

In early November 2021, Jamie returned to court filing new legal documents proving that he is done fighting.

Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for stepping down, but documents at the time showed he was not seeking any additional compensation.

On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in favor of the pop star, removing Jamie from the conservatorship without requiring any additional mental examination of Britney.

They tied the knot in June 2022 and were married for 14 months before splitting up.

Following the split, Britney took to Instagram to address the breakup.

“As you all know, (Sam) and I are no longer together… 6 years is a long time to be with someone so I’m a little in shock,” the post read.

She said their split was “nobody’s business” but that she “couldn’t bear the pain any longer.”

In May 2024, the former couple officially divorced, marking Britney’s third divorce.

She was previously married to Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007.

Together they welcomed two sons: Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Before Kevin, Britney married her childhood friend, Jason Alexander, during a Las Vegas wedding in 2004.

She also dated Justin Timberlake from 1999 to 2002.
