Driver flees from police in Lee, New Hampshire

What a wild chase New Hampshire authorities had recently.

According to a press release, at 6:36 pm last night, June 11, 2024, the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office issued a “BOLO” (be on the lookout) for a driver who fled a traffic stop in Lee . After some property damage and a chase through Epping to Hooksett, the driver was taken into custody by the K9 unit.

Michael J. Delucco, 23, of Cromwell, Connecticut, allegedly made a lot of mistakes yesterday. This list does not include the biggest alleged mistake: driving under the influence, second offense and operating after suspension.

  • Mistake #4: Flying down Route 125 in Epping, New Hampshire, at high speed to escape pursuing law enforcement, driving erratically.
  • Mistake #5: Coming to a dead end on the Southern New Hampshire University campus in Hooksett, getting out of the car and running into the woods.
  • Mistake #6: Putting lives in danger

And these are only the alleged errors that we know about from the press release.

Many law enforcement agencies were called to assist, including Manchester, Hooksett, Candia, Auburn, Lee, Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, Hillsborough County, and Hooksett Fire and Rescue Department.
