Eddie Sendi says Irene Ntale’s biggest professional mistake was leaving Swangz Avenue

“I’m going to keep an eye on it (her new song). I like it… She’s very talented. But she made one of the biggest mistakes of her career… The biggest mistake of her career was leaving Swangz Avenue.” he continued.

“But I hope she learned something from it. And maybe even others will learn from it.”

Sendi pointed out that Aziz Azion and Irene Ntale hurt him a lot because they have a lot of talent but have limited themselves.

He said they are frustrating their careers.

In her latest interview, Irene Ntale expressed no regrets about leaving Swangz Avenue, highlighting that she has achieved more independently than when she was under a record label.

He said he now works at a pace he enjoys.

While some believe her brand is less visible now compared to her time at the record label, the singer explained that this doesn’t necessarily mean she was more successful back then.

“Nothing frustrates you more than your music being everywhere and yet you have no money in your pocket… People think you’re successful, but it’s just the music that’s everywhere.” she said.

He said he now sees the money he makes, which was not the case before.

Ntale, who joined Swangz Avenue in 2013 and left in 2017, stated that she was ready to leave.

Eddie Sendi advised Aziz Azion to form a band that focused on live music and told B2C to admire Sauti Sol and start practicing a lot. He also encouraged young talents to try everything they can to learn how to play an instrument and invest more money in improving their talents rather than in show business.
