In Thursday’s episode (June 20), new bombshells Matilda and Konnor went on a couple of dates when they entered the villa, with Grace being the first to meet Konnor.
While preparing her meal, the islander made a blunder by commenting that her creation was “giving a Mitchim star” instead of a Michelin star, and the official media account downplayed the mistake in a post.

In the mock image, they were referring to series 10 ‘Messy’ star Mitch Taylor, with the meme’s tagline reading: “Messy kitchen made with love.”
The reference amused some. love island viewers, and one fan wrote on X/Twitter: “I miss messy Mitch. “Bring my boy back.” Another fan also enjoyed the reference, writing, “Seeing Mitch makes me happy haha.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Matilda’s bubbly personality appeared to be a hit not only with Sean, who could finally find a connection in the villa, but also with viewers, who praised the new bombshell for her energy.

The episode ended with another series of challenges as the islanders had to kiss various co-stars depending on the setting, and Mimii was not very happy with Ayo after she decided to kiss Uma; Will there be tension in the air?
