Fawad Chaudhry mentions that the PTI’s iconic bat symbol has been revoked, but despite that, Imran’s party continued to win
LAHORE:
Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday said that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari are on the verge of making the “biggest mistake in history” by embarking on efforts to ban Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
During an interaction with the media in Lahore, he said that the decision taken by Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari was a colossal mistake and predicted that they would end up regretting it and would find themselves unable to face their peers.
Chaudhry also mentioned that the PTI’s iconic bat symbol had been revoked, noting that even though the party was forced to use multiple symbols, it continued to win and make inroads.

He pointed out that Imran Khan has been in jail for 14 months and the PTI founder is being oppressed while the entire nation is supporting him.
He added that digital terrorism is not being carried out by the PTI but from outside the country. He demanded the immediate release of PTI information secretary Raoof Hasan and stressed that the world is witnessing human rights violations in Pakistan.
Chaudhry also commented on the ongoing conflicts with the judiciary, the public and the state of the economy. He warned that this is just the beginning and that people will be screaming in the coming days.
