Nutrition and diet specialist Hülya Yiğit, in her suggestions for a more enjoyable and healthy Eid-al-Adha, said: “Remember, the water you get from soft drinks, cold tea and cold coffee will not meet the needs of the body. “In addition, consuming at least 2 liters of water daily will help you balance your appetite.” she said.
