In the video, the pacemaker can be seen running towards the ventilator while his wife tries to stop him. Rauf is seen having a heated exchange with the fan, accusing him of being an Indian and therefore picking a fight. However, Haris was in for a surprise when the fan, in the course of the discussion, revealed that he was a Pakistani fan.
