DUMPED Love Island star Munveer Jabbal has insisted Joey Essex will “regret his decision” after he dumped Samantha Kenny for his ex Grace Jackson.
Last night, Samantha was dumped from the villa after Grace decided to re-couple with Joey, leaving the Liverpool make-up artist single.
Munveer, who was sent packing last week alongside Patsy Field, said Towie star Joey should have handled the situation better after making “mistakes”.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun: “Last night was difficult to watch because Samantha is a lovely girl and I feel like Joey could have handled it better.
“I think he’ll go back and say ‘I made a mistake,’ the way he handled it.
“At the end of the day you have to go with your feelings.”
He continued: “I think Samantha has a lot of pride And she was obviously embarrassed and she’s going to come out of it stronger.”
When asked if Sam and Joey lacked chemistry, Munveer said, “I think Samantha said it herself, there was no physical contact or intimacy.
“If you don’t do it in two weeks, it’s a sign.
“And you’re doing that with Grace, she tells you everything you need to know.”
Munveer was also quick to defend his fellow villamates after some fans accused them of “cheating” on the girls.
He explained: “I think gaslighting is the wrong terminology, it’s really hard to say.”
Although Joey seems in love with his ex-girlfriend Grace, Munveer insisted that no one is safe right now.
He told us: “I think everyone can turn their heads there, Casa Amor is just around the corner and that will be the real test.”
Unfortunately, Munveer’s trip to the villa is over, but the star said he would have no doubts about returning for the All Stars series.
“If I’m single for All Stars, I’ll do it,” he said.
“You’ll see more of me. Now that I know what it’s about, considering I’ve never seen an episode in my life.
“It was a good opportunity to meet the love of your life and live a dizzying experience during summer“.
Samantha was sent packing during recovery last night.
Following her departure, Samantha said: “I’m obviously devastated to be leaving all the girls behind, but now I’m really excited to see what the future holds and I look forward to seeing what’s next.”
“I was true to myself and didn’t feel like it was a waste of time because I followed what I felt was right for me.
“When it comes to Joey, I think if I had known what I know now, maybe I would have done things differently.”
Samantha made the mistake of putting all her eggs in one basket even though another land caught her eye.
“Ronnie is more my type than Joey,” he said. “But I feel like Ronnie didn’t pursue anything with me because he didn’t want to confront Joey.”
Sam admitted that the highlight was making such good friends, while other aspects of their experience were “sex.”
