“College Football 25” reportedly will not include a popular mocking sign.
The college football game that has fans excited and talking comes out on July 19 (July 16 for those of us who bought early access), and the hype is at a deafening level.
Players are looking for upgrades they can earn, and for good reason. It’s been 11 years since the last college football video was posted. It’s taken a long time for a new one to arrive.
Just don’t expect to see anyone making fun of Texas.
“College Football 25” reportedly does not include the Horns Down sign.
One of the most interesting parts of “College Football 25” is the fact that it seems to have very deep gameplay experiences when it comes to the atmosphere of the stadium, including how the players and fans act.
While popular signals and gestures are used in the game, that only includes the signals from the shows. That means there will be no Horns Down in the game, according to Chris Vannini.
If this is true, and I’m sure it is, then EA Sports wasted a great opportunity to take things to the next level with their gaming experience. The Horns Down sign is arguably the most recognized hand sign in all of college football.
People love to mock and troll the Texas Longhorns with him. At times it’s been so controversial that guys have even been singled out for it in the past.
Why wouldn’t it be included in the game? It doesn’t make much sense and is definitely a wasted opportunity. Fans would love to be able to throw up the Horns Down sign after a big play against Texas. Throw the flag. I couldn’t care less. I’ll get those yards back.
All that being said, there’s no doubt that people will continue to buy and play. That’s a guarantee you can take to the bank. Let me know your thoughts on [email protected].
