WHILE performing on the BET Experience show, Cardi B stopped mid-set to criticize her team members for their mistakes.
After the performance, Cardi, 31, revealed how much she paid her crew members for the show.
On Friday, the Bodak Yellow rapper took a few minutes to discuss her production team’s mistakes, claiming they were “ruining my music.”
“For production, you’re going to mess up my pyro,” Cardi said as fans cheered her on.
“The fan is off, you’re ruining my music. What the fuck am I paying you faggots for?
“What am I paying you blacks for? Turn my fucking fan on, bitch. Let’s go.”
Videos of the incident went viral, with one X user commenting on Cardi’s treatment of her employees.
“I understand that people have families to feed, but I wish we lived in a better world because no one should be disrespected like this in the workplace/at all,” she wrote.
“This principle is not exclusive to less glamorous positions. Celebrities included.”
This prompted the Grammy-winning artist to respond by saying, “Girl, shut up…”
He went on to explain that his production team receives $350,000 before the show.
“In the end that money is non-refundable… don’t do half of my show because you feel comfortable when I definitely don’t do half when it comes to paying…
“Don’t tell me how to talk to anyone when you’re the same idiot who talks about my children and other deceased parents for no reason.”
In another tweet, Cardi explained what exactly went wrong with the production team.
According to the artist, her team members “failed to get the fire chief to do a safety review with my team, which is very easy to do.”
He also claimed that the choreographers had the wrong mix and that the four fans he hired were not turned on.
Cardi went on to say that the team “didn’t bother showing up to rehearsals while hundreds of thousands of dollars were being poured into this show.”
“Don’t play with my money in this economy, honey.”

In addition to the incident with her production team, Cardi gained attention for her choice of outfit on the show.
Cardi wore an oversized knit dress, fueling pregnancy rumors that have been circulating recently.
“What’s the point of hiding it? She’s obviously pregnant. Otherwise she’d be up there practically naked,” one fan said on Instagram.
Ahead of her BET performance, fans speculated that Cardi B was pregnant with her third child after the rapper posted photos of her outfit at the fourth annual Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards last week.
She wore an oversized blazer over a sheer skirt.
Oversized clothing has become a staple for celebrities covering their pregnancies.
Cardi already shares two children, Kulture and Wave, with her ex-husband, Offset, 32.
