PREGNANT Sonia Fowler is about to make a huge mistake after the latest shocking death in EastEnders.
The nurse was looking forward to having a baby with her partner Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman).
Reiss was facing enormous financial difficulties in caring for his wife Debbie, who was in a coma, and which he hid from Sonia.
After attempting to scam Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), he resorted to killing her by suffocating her with a pillow earlier this week.
However, things will get much more complicated for the couple after the police arrive to inform them that the autopsy is complete.
They will tell you that you can visit her if you wish while they wait for the results.
Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) wants to support her man and soon accompanies him to visit his dead wife.
But things get complicated when they run into Debbie’s parents, Brenda and Hugh, as they leave the club.
Brenda begins to pressure her son-in-law into a tense conversation as she searches for answers about her daughter’s death.
A naive Sonia is absolutely stunned when Reiss introduces her as his landlady after she offers her condolences.
He will hide the truth of their relationship because they don’t know who she is, while Sonia will save face by accepting him.
Back at the square, Reiss manages to speak to Sonia and explain his actions.
But Brenda will complicate things when she discovers the couple kissing.
Reiss is forced to come clean about the new woman in his life before further suspicions arise over Sharon’s overheard conversation with Teddy (Larry Olubamiwo).
They will be horrified by what they discover and the whole of Walford will have fun discussing their situation.
After a confrontation at the Queen Vic, Sonia is left fighting while Reiss’s mood becomes depressed.
